At Party Promise, each product is made especially for you after your order has been confirmed.
This responsible and customized production method involves specific timelines and conditions detailed below.
🖨️ Made-to-order production
All Party Promise products are made to order after payment confirmation.
No item is produced or stored in advance.
- Average production time: 2 to 5 business days
- This timeframe may be extended during periods of high demand (EVJF, summer season, holidays, promotions).
Once production has started, the order is automatically transferred to our logistics partners for shipping.
❌ Order modification or cancellation
Once the order is confirmed, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
- All orders are automatically sent to production.
- No cancellation or modification is guaranteed after validation.
- Any modification request (address, customer details, etc.) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, without any obligation of result.
⏱️ Estimated delivery times by region
The timeframes listed below are estimates calculated from the shipping date and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.
🇺🇸 United States
- Standard delivery: 3 to 7 business days
- Estimated total timeframe (production + delivery): 5 to 12 business days
🇨🇦 Canada
- Standard delivery: 5 to 10 business days
- Estimated total timeframe: 7 to 15 business days
🇪🇺 Europe (European Union)
- Standard delivery: 3 to 8 business days
- Estimated total timeframe: 5 to 13 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
- Standard delivery: 4 to 8 business days
- Estimated total timeframe: 6 to 13 business days
🚚 Shipping, tracking, and carriers
- Orders are shipped via international partner carriers
- A tracking number is sent by email once the order is shipped
- Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update
In some cases, the customer may be asked to contact the carrier directly for additional information.
⚠️ Delivery delays
Party Promise cannot be held responsible for delays due in particular to:
- carriers
- customs inspections
- weather conditions
- periods of high logistical traffic
- any event beyond our control
No refund may be claimed for delivery delays.
🌍 Customs, taxes, and import fees
For deliveries outside the European Union:
- customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may apply
- these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer
- no refund will be issued in the event of refusal to pay these fees
📍 Delivery address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of order.
- Party Promise does not guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes
- An incorrect or incomplete address may result in delays or non-delivery
- In the event of a return due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer
📦 Transfer of risk and liability
General
The risk of loss, damage, and ownership of the products is transferred to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
European Union and United Kingdom
For customers located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the risk is transferred when the customer (or a designated third party) physically takes possession of the products.
Germany
For deliveries to Germany, the risk of loss or damage is transferred when the shipment crosses the German border (“moment of risk transfer”).
Party Promise assumes legal responsibility for any loss or damage occurring before this moment.
📦 Lost packages or packages marked as “delivered”
- If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, the order is considered received.
- Party Promise cannot be held responsible for loss or theft after delivery.
- If a package is marked as lost in transit, a written claim may be submitted within 30 days following the estimated delivery date.
- All claims are subject to investigation and to the sole discretion of Party Promise.
