Return and Refund Policy – Party Promise
At Party Promise, all products are made to order after the order has been confirmed.
This customized production method involves specific conditions regarding returns and refunds.
🖨️ Made-to-order products
Each item is printed or produced specifically for the customer.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, size errors, or unwanted orders.
❌ Cases not eligible for return or refund
No return, exchange, or refund will be accepted in the following cases:
- incorrect size or color chosen by the customer
- change of mind / purchase regret
- order placed by mistake
- slight variations in color, placement, or final appearance compared to visuals (due to the printing process)
- sealed products that have been opened or used for hygiene or health reasons
✅ Defective, damaged products or printing errors
A replacement or refund may be offered only in the following cases:
- defective product
- product damaged upon receipt
- proven printing error
Conditions:
- the claim must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product
- clear photos of the issue must be provided
- the request must be sent to: contact@party-promise.com
If the defect is confirmed, Party Promise will cover the costs related to the replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
📦 Packages lost in transit
If the carrier’s tracking indicates that a package has been lost in transit:
- a claim may be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date
- each request is subject to verification
After validation, a replacement or refund may be offered.
📍 Incorrect address / unclaimed package
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided.
- in the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer
- unclaimed packages or packages returned due to address errors are not eligible for a refund
- if reshipping is not possible, the order will be considered lost
🇪🇺 Information for European Union consumers
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
- sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened
