🛍️ ORDERS & PRODUCTS

Are the products manufactured in advance?


No. All Party Promise products are made to order , specifically for each customer after order and payment confirmation.

No stock is produced in advance.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been validated?

Once the order is confirmed, it is automatically sent to production .

Therefore, it is not guaranteed that a modification or cancellation will be possible.

All requests (address, customer information, etc.) will be examined on a case-by-case basis , without any obligation to achieve a result.

Are the images contractual?

The photos shown on the site are for illustrative purposes only.

Slight variations in color, placement, or rendering may occur depending on:

  • the screen used
  • lighting
  • the printing process

These variations are normal and do not constitute a defect .

🖨️ MANUFACTURING & QUALITY

What are the manufacturing lead times?

The average manufacturing time is 2 to 5 working days .

This period may be extended during periods of high demand (bachelorette parties, summer, holidays, promotions).

Why does the manufacturing process take several days?

Each product is printed or manufactured specifically for your order , in order to avoid overstocking and to offer more responsible production.

🚚 DELIVERY & SHIPPING

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery zone, starting from the date of shipment:

  • United States: 3 to 7 business days
  • Canada: 5 to 10 business days
  • European Union: 3 to 8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4 to 8 business days

👉 The total time includes manufacturing + delivery.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.

The tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to be updated.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Party Promise delivers to many countries internationally.

Do you deliver to post office boxes?

Delivery to PO boxes is not guaranteed .

What happens in case of a delivery delay?

The delivery times are provided for informational purposes only .

Party Promise cannot be held responsible for delays related to, in particular:

  • to carriers
  • at customs controls
  • to weather conditions
  • during periods of high logistical demand

No refund will be issued for a delivery delay.

🌍 CUSTOMS, TAXES & FEES

Do I have to pay customs fees or taxes?

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes or import fees may apply.

These fees are the sole responsibility of the client and are non-refundable.

📦 DELIVERY PROBLEMS

What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?

If the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, the order is considered received.

Party Promise cannot be held responsible for losses or thefts after delivery.

What should I do if my parcel is lost in transit?

If the package is marked as lost in transit, you can file a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Each request is subject to verification.

After validation, a replacement or a refund may be offered.

What happens if my address is incorrect?

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

  • In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs.
  • Unclaimed packages or packages returned due to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund.

🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return a product?

As the products are made to order, no returns or refunds are accepted for:

  • change of mind
  • size or color error
  • order placed by mistake

In what cases is a refund or replacement possible?

A replacement or refund can only be offered if:

  • the product is defective
  • The product was damaged upon receipt.
  • A printing error has been detected.

🎁 GIFT CARDS

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Party Promise gift cards are:

  • sent by email
  • valid across the entire site
  • usable in one or more installments
  • no expiration date

Are gift cards refundable?

Gift cards are neither exchangeable nor refundable .
